Pam Kelley, PhD

President, Kelley Analytics, LLC

With over 15 years of experience as an evaluator, analyst, researcher, and statistician, Pam Kelley founded Kelley Analytics to specialize in providing clients with customized data and evaluation solutions to achieve their goals. Dr. Kelley combines her extensive expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodologies to work with clients from all sectors, including healthcare, nonprofit, education, corporate, and government.

Prior to her work as a consultant, Pam served as the Director of Data and Evaluation at the Central Jersey Family Health Consortium, where she evaluated federal, state, and privately-funded programs to address maternal and child health, medical home implementation, special needs populations, obesity prevention, immunization, oral health, access to care, maternal mortality, infant mortality, and professional development for healthcare practitioners. She also worked as a Research Associate at the National Institute for Early Education Research, where she specialized in cost analysis and meta-analysis of teacher professional development and early education and care programs.

Dr. Kelley holds a PhD in Social Policy from Columbia University, an MSW with Policy Concentration from Syracuse University, and a BSSW from Cornell University.
