Pam Kelley, PhD

Owner, Kelley Analytics, LLC

With over ten years of experience as an evaluator, analyst, researcher, and statistician, Pam Kelley founded Kelley Analytics to specialize in providing clients with the data and analytic services they need to achieve their goals. Dr. Kelley has used her extensive expertise to work with clients from all sectors including healthcare, nonprofit, corporate, education, and government.

Prior to her work as a consultant, Pam was the Director of Data and Evaluation at the Central Jersey Family Health Consortium, where she evaluated federal, state, and privately-funded programs that address medical home implementation, special needs populations, obesity prevention, immunization, oral health, access to healthcare, maternal mortality, infant mortality, and professional development for healthcare practitioners. She also worked as a Research Associate at the National Institute for Early Education Research at Rutgers University, where she specialized in cost analysis and meta-analysis of teacher professional development, early education, and social programs.

Dr. Kelley holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, an MSW with Policy Concentration from Syracuse University, and a PhD in Social Policy from Columbia University.
