Pamela Kelley, PhD
President, Kelley Analytics, LLC

With over 20 years of experience as an evaluator, data analyst, researcher, and statistician, Pamela Kelley founded Kelley Analytics to specialize in providing clients with customized data and evaluation solutions to achieve their goals. Dr. Kelley combines her extensive expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodologies to work with clients from all sectors, including health care, nonprofit, education, corporate, and government.

Prior to her work as a consultant, Pamela served as the Director of Data and Evaluation at the Central Jersey Family Health Consortium, where she evaluated federal, state, and privately-funded programs to address maternal and child health, special needs populations, immunizations, oral health, access to care, and professional development for health care practitioners. She also worked as a Research Associate at the National Institute for Early Education Research, where she specialized in cost analysis and meta-analysis of teacher professional development and early education and care programs.

Dr. Kelley holds a PhD in Social Policy from Columbia University, an MSW with Policy Concentration from Syracuse University, and a BSSW from Cornell University.
